Anzac Day and the hot water service erupted, steam pouring out the top and water flowing down the sides. What a disaster on a public holiday-there was a sticker on the tank from The Fawcett Group 24/7 all areas so I phoned. Nicholas was very helpful and after discussion we decided to isolate the unit to make it safe and someone would be out 8am next day. True to his word, Ben and Trinity arrived (Trinity is hoping for an apprenticeship after completing work experience- think she should get one too, switched on young lady). Ben took one look at the tank and said " It's had it", 17 years wasn't a bad run. A couple of phone calls , and 3 hours later the new unit was heating water. They did a great job, all three were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
